The Wal-Mart Supercenter in Venice offers visitors everything you need for your stay at one of our beautiful vacation rental homes. Don’t bother packing up and lugging around coolers full of food or bags of groceries for your trip, instead pack light and head to the Wal-Mart Supercenter once you arrive at your vacation rental in Venice. Groceries aren’t the only supplies you will find at the super Wal-Mart, as they carry everything you need for a great vacation, from sunscreen to floatation devices and games to occupy the kids on a rainy vacation day.

The Wal-Mart Supercenter offers a pharmacy, grocery store, electronics department, vision center and photo center. This is also a great place to stop and get an oil change after a long drive down to Venice or to repair a flat tire during your visit at the Tire and Lube Center. If you will be staying in a vacation rental and forgot your prescription, the pharmacy is great about transferring over prescriptions from another Wal-Mart, or even from other pharmacy stores. Pharmacy Hours are: M-F 8-8, Sat 8-6 and Sun 10-5. Call ahead at 941-493-5902 and they will have your prescription ready for pickup when you arrive.

Everyone should take pictures during vacation and Wal-Mart has a great one-hour photo center for either 35mm photographs or digital prints. If you have a digital camera just bring in your memory card and pop it into the digital pictures center and you can pick out the pictures you want, edit the ones that didn’t turn out right, and even discard the ones you don’t like. If you forgot the most important item for vacation, a camera, Wal-Mart has a large variety of cameras from small disposable cameras to name brand digital cameras and video recorders.

Venice’s Super Wal-Mart is open 24 hours a day, which means you never have to worry about being without your vacation needs. It is centrally located in Venice, at 4150 Tamiami Trail, at the very southern end of Venice where Tamiami Trail and Englewood Road meet. Continue on Tamiami Trail as it curves left and you will see the Wal-Mart Supercenter near Venice Village.
