Baycrest Venice Florida Vacation Rental Homes

A bright, open home in one of Venice’s most beautiful neighborhoods If you enjoy a home that offers lots of windows and glass doors to let in the bright Florida sunlight and a beautiful view of the well-manicured and landscaped backyard, the Baycrest home is for you. Upon walking into the Baycrest home, the first thing I notice is the flood of natural sunlight coming into the bright open living room coming from the large beautifully draped front window and the endless windows and sliding glass doors that allows you to see out through the sunroom and the gorgeous backyard.

This house would be perfect for a family or large group of friends visiting Venice, with lots of living room space, an open spacious kitchen, and plenty of places to sleep. There are three bedrooms-the bright colored master bedroom offers a king size bed and there are two other rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with two queen beds. Along with this there is a sleeper sofa in the air-conditioned sunroom, giving one lucky guest a perfect way to wake up in Venice. The master bedroom also opens into the sunroom, which is another great way to start a morning while staying at the Baycrest house.

The best part about the Baycrest house is the proximity to the rest of Venice. It is located nearby Roberts Bay and only blocks from historic downtown Venice. It is also surrounded by some of the most beautiful homes in the city. Although there are a few brand new beachfront homes in the area, many of these homes offer a view of the beautifully preserved history of Venice while strolling down the block. The nearest place to see the beach sights is right around the corner at Tarpon Center Drive, where you will find a winding road that ends at South Jetty Park/Humphries Park. Here you look across the Intracoastal Waterway to North Jetty Park, walk along the beautiful rock wall, enjoy an evening sunset or catch a few fish. The Venice Public Beach is just south of Tarpon Center Drive at the very end of Venice Ave. This has been deemed one of the best family beaches in Venice because there are year round lifeguards and great facilities.

This is a pet friendly house, but make sure to bring a leash or a well commanded dog because there is only a privacy fence along the back of the yard. Don’t let this keep you from bringing your pets, though, because Venice offers a wonderful Paws Park where dogs have access to the beachfront. The luxurious neighborhood surrounding the Baycrest home is also a wonderful place for a long, afternoon dog walk.
