We do understand that sometimes problems can occur, we ask that you notify us of the changes in your plans as soon as possible, so we can offer the cottage to someone else. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
10% Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations made 48 or more hours before your reservation or you can reschedule your reservation for no cancellation fee.
20% Cancellation Fee for all cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours before your Reservation date.
1 night stay fee applies to any cancellation made on the day of check-in.
Sorry, no refunds or discounts for early departures.
