Surrounded by woods, this lovely home is great for any size family. All rooms have a lake view. The large family room, surrounded by windows, steps out onto a screen porch, just right for enjoying a meal or reading a book. There is a second screened porch that will catch your attention with a 6 person Hot Tub. This house has 3 spacious bedrooms that sleeps 10 and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, 27" TV with TiVo DVR (so you don't miss your favorite TV show while out on the lake) and private bathroom. The Master is located downstairs. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one with two very nice queen sleigh beds. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a queen bed, all are very comfortable. The family room has a 36" LCD Flat Screen HDTV with a BOSE home theatre system that everyone can enjoy. Also included is BOSE DVD/MP3 CD player, High Definition Satellite TV, and a in house computer with High Speed Internet Access for the business traveler (check your email daily), wireless internet has been added, an XBOX play system(for the kid in you!) a fireplace, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Activities and Attractions
The dock is equipped with electrical service for charging batteries and there is an electric power lift for your boat. There is a canoe available for use as well. The house has a detached carport and a game room. The game room has heat and air condition. It includes a American Tradition Pool Table, full size Championship Air Hockey Table and a Soccer Tournament Foosball Table.

50% of the total rental fee required in advance to hold reservation. Balance is due 14 days before arrival. Agent does not accept checks on reservations made less than 14 days before arrival. Please reference reservation dates and property number when sending check or money order. Upon receipt of deposit; confirmation and directions to the vacation house will be mailed, faxed or emailed to Guest.

A $45.00 administration fee is assessed for all cancellations. However, if Guest(s) cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date in a rental cabin or house, Guest(s) advance payment will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. No cash refunds are given. (For a refund of Money, cancellation must be in writing 30 days for all properties prior to arrival date (less a $45.00 administration fee per property).

Rates do not include cleaning and reservation fee of $80.00 and 8% sales/accommodations taxes.
|
|
The pet fee is $75.00 per pet. Pet limits and sizes vary by house. Please be sure that pets have been treated for fleas before bringing them. Any complaint about fleas with in 7 days of departure will require an additional $75.00 flea treatment for the house.
