This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath end unit villa has been newly painted and redecorated in British West Indies style. Located in Shelter Cove area of Palmetto Dunes Plantation, it is less than a 3 minute walk to the Shelter Cove Harbour, shops and restaurants. You will find this villa to be beautifully furnished and particularly spacious. The large living room with queen-sized sleeper sofa and love seat opens up into the multi-windowed dining room with seating for six. It flows into the completely furnished kitchen. Views from the living and dining rooms and private balcony overlook the large, graceful lagoon with fountain. The living room features a 32" flat panel LCD TV with 110 channels of broadband TV, a DVD, VCR and high speed wired and wireless internet access. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bath with spa tub. There is a TV in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and full bath. A full sized washer and dryer are provided. A large and sunny (heated certain times of the year) pool and jacuzzi are located in the center of the complex and are approximately a one minute walk from the villa. Access to the beach in Palmetto Dunes by bicycle, driving (5 min.) or use the Free door-to-door shuttle to take you to the beach. The shuttle runs from April until October. Pet-friendly for dogs under 30 lbs. (no cats or birds) subject to $150 non-refundable pet fee. High security keyless lock entry system.

DEPOSIT: The Deposit must be received by the date indicated on the front side of this Agreement in order to guarantee the reservation of said premises. The balance of the total rental fee is due on or before twenty one (21) days prior to arrival. In the event the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is expected at time of booking. A reservation fee of 3% (minimum $30) applies unless all payments are made by check or cash.

CANCELLATION: THERE IS A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS. When this agreement has been cancelled more than 45 days prior to date of arrival for a villa or more than 60 days prior to date of arrival for a home or for a monthly rental, a refund of deposits paid (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be made. Cancellation between 45 days (villa) or 60 days (home) and 21 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your 40% deposit (plus a $50 cancellation fee) unless property can be re-rented at full rate. Cancellation less than 21 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full amount of your rental unless property can be re-rented at full rate. Travel insurance can be purchased for 6.5% of your total rental and is highly recommended.
