This wonderful home is tucked away on the golf course in Shipyard Plantation. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms it has plenty of space to offer. Also, it boasts a huge pool and wonderful golf view. Upon entering the home you immediately notice all the fine details and woodworking. The living room offers wooden beamed ceilings, a stone fireplace and windows gallore. The kitchen is off the garage leading into the dining room and family room. Most of the home offers nice wood floors or tile. The bedrooms are quite nicely decorated and feature one bedroom with twin beds, one with queen size bed and the master offering a king size bed. The master also has access to the deck and pool area complete with a nice sized deck surrounding the pool with lounge chairs. Pet-friendly (small-medium size breeds only - $150 non-refundable pet fee). Free high speed wireless internet access.

DEPOSIT: The Deposit must be received by the date indicated on the front side of this Agreement in order to guarantee the reservation of said premises. The balance of the total rental fee is due on or before twenty one (21) days prior to arrival. In the event the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is expected at time of booking. A reservation fee of 3% (minimum $30) applies unless all payments are made by check or cash.

CANCELLATION: THERE IS A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS. When this agreement has been cancelled more than 45 days prior to date of arrival for a villa or more than 60 days prior to date of arrival for a home or for a monthly rental, a refund of deposits paid (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be made. Cancellation between 45 days (villa) or 60 days (home) and 21 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your 40% deposit (plus a $50 cancellation fee) unless property can be re-rented at full rate. Cancellation less than 21 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full amount of your rental unless property can be re-rented at full rate. Travel insurance can be purchased for 6.5% of your total rental and is highly recommended.
