Two large bedrooms, each with two queen beds (total 4 queens and one sleeper sofa) make our villa very comfortable for up to 8 people. Each bedroom has a bath with a separate dressing area. The sofa in the living room converts to a double bed for extra sleeping space. The living, dining and kitchen area are open and inviting. A large deck overlooks the lagoon in back where you can enjoy the tranquility of water and nature. There is a swimming pool on site. FREE TENNIS at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center - on of the top centers in the US. We are pet friendly, with prior approval, and refundable pet fee. Our villa is located in mid-island Palmetto Dunes Resort, just a 5 to 8 minute walk to the beach, golf, restaurants, tennis courts and water activities. Palmetto Dunes is an upscale, gated community featuring 1800 acres of recreational facilities, homes and villa complexes. There are miles and miles of bike paths. Bring your own or rent from one of the many companies which deliver and pick up the bikes.
