Only one and 1/2 blocks to the Beach! This spacious townhouse has a spectacular location. It is bordered by the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as by the Van der Meer Tennis University, the Players Club Fitness Center, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Our Townhouse is within a walking distance to all.

The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a one block walk to the east. The hard white sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and building castles in the sand.

Whether you are looking for a place close to the beach, a quiet tropical setting to nest in, or a high energy/high activity vacation, our townhome can offer it all. There are many activities to choose from. Yet this luxurious private residence offers lot of opportunity for quiet relaxation.

Most importantly, you can park your car and enjoy the 12 miles of hard sand - which is perfect for bicycling or walking. There are also miles and miles of biking and jogging trails.

We put a lot of thought and care into the interior design of our villa. Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional townhome exceeds traditional standards. You will find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout.

Our Villa has been newly decorated and has all new furniture. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully tiled. The appliances and furnishings are all brand new.

This luxuriously furnished, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, private residence is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. On the first floor there is a living area, and a kitchen with a bar-height kitchen counter top and stools. There's also a separate eat-in kitchen, a laundry area, and a large TV entertainment center. Outside, in the middle of a subtropical setting, this unit offers a private deck with outdoor chairs and a barbecue.

Each bedroom suite has its own full bathroom. The upstairs and downstairs masters have king-size beds. A TV/VCR is included in the master bedrooms. The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds which can also be converted into a king size bed. All bedrooms have Cable TV. There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. The two-story townhouse design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you - to guarantee a quiet evening's rest.

Why my place is great for a pet?
Living & Kitchen Areas have Pergo Floors. Upstairs bedrooms have same hard laminate flooring. The back Deck is surrounded by a park like setting making it easy to walk your dog anytime of day. The neighborhood and beach is also very pet friendly. See Below;
Hilton Head Island Beach Regulations

Animal Regulations:

April 1, 2007 - May 30, 2007 - Animals must be on a leash between 10 AM and 5 PM.
May 30, 2007 until Monday of Labor Day weekend - NO animals allowed on the beach between 10 AM - 5 PM.
Tuesday after Labor Day - September 30, 2007 - Animals must be on a leash from 10 AM - 5 PM.
October 1, 2007 - April 1, 2008 - No leashes required at any time. The animal IS required to be under positive voice control.
On the beach or not, local law requires owners to clean up after their pets.

Pet Policy. Please bring your pet’s bedding and/or crate, as we do not allow pets on furniture or beds. Pets must be with their owners, or someone else responsible, at all times in the house or on the grounds when off a leash. Any waste must be collected and disposed on immediately.

Barking is the number one complaint by neighbors about dogs on vacation; please keep barking to a minimum. Please crate your pet when pet is left unattended or use children’s restraint gates found in each property to keep your per inside the kitchen area.

All shots must be current and proof should be available to be furnished if requested. Please vacuum the house of all dog hair and dander before your leave. Owners will be responsible for any damage or clean up.

Pet Sitting services are available for $25/session up to a maximum of 12 hours.

There are over 200 restaurants on Hilton Head. We visit and update our list often, and tend to know who is hot and who is not” and where our favorite local chefs are before the newspaper or magazine guides do.

Amigos Cafe Y Cantina – Pet Friendly outside tables
If you come to HHI, then you have to come to Amigos. Best “Killer Burritos” we have had anywhere. They make their own Chips daily with a fresh Salsa Bar! 11 - 9 daily. Inexpensive: our idea of good value. In same parking lot as Bi-Lo Supermarket. Make sure you go hungry.

Bonefish Grill
In our opinion, this chain of fish restaurants is the best in America. New to Hilton Head this year; go early as lines start to form after 6pm

It’s Greek to Me– Pet Friendly outside tables
Our favorite for a full course meal. No tourists at this restaurant; if you like Greek food, then this is the place. Save your appetite for the large portions at reasonable prices. A must for fans of Greek cuisine. Like Amigos, our idea of a good value. Located near the Blockbuster on New Orleans Road.

KennyB’s– Pet Friendly outside tables
Best Cajun food east of New Orleans, LA. Next to Bi-Lo on Pope Avenue. Not for the diet conscious, go hungry! Their best value is a Sunday Brunch. Great Breakfasts every day!

Java Joes & Main Street Café and Coligny Bakery– Pet Friendly outside tables Located in Coligny Plaza, next to True Value Hardware (no food in True Value, but it is worth the visit to drop back in time 40 years and see this southern original). Coffee, food and a true beach ambiance make it a local’s favorite. Bring the kids too, they will enjoy it. Adjacent to Just Pasta Restaurant and the Coligny Bakery. Grab a “gelato” or custard a Rita’s and watch the action. All are part of local charm. Dress is beach casual.

Mellow Mushroom
Now in Hilton Head. Great Sport Bar with many draft choices. Fantastic Pizza. “Jerk Chicken” Sandwich is hard to beat. Chicken Calzone is a must. The dough has cheese all through it. Reasonable Prices. A Lunch Favorite.

Sea Shack
Voted Best Kept Secret on the Island 2 years in a row. Located behind the Hofbrau House on Pope Avenue. Not the place to take your first date. Best selection of fish on the island, prepared anyway you like; slaw, fries and soup specials are all homemade.

Michael Anthony’s
You’ll need reservations anytime of the year for any night. Michael is Hilton Head Island’s hottest new chef.

Truffles Market & Café
On Plantation in the Sea Pines Shopping Center. Sophisticated lunch and dinner served in an appealing setting.

Smokehouse
This full service barbecue restaurant offers pulled pork the way we like it - Carolina Style. Try their barbecue chicken breast too!
