his fantastic lakefront home is situated on a lovely acre lot with big water in the quiet Old Forge community.
“The View” boasts an oversized dock with benches for you and your guests, and an irresistible sliding board everyone will adore. Take a meandering boat ride along the shoreline, in the canoe or in the inflatable dinghy. Take a siesta on the hammock beneath the towering pine trees. Have afternoon tea on the deck that stretches the length of the house. The barbeque grill makes it great for having dinner outside! Relax next the oversized fire pit. Take a ride on the bicycles that are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has counter space for six. The rest of the guests can converse at the 3.5 x 9 foot farm table. After dinner, pull out the board games and let the tournaments begin!
The family room, Florida room, and kitchen are all open together which makes it a great area for family gatherings. The Florida room has a large screen TV while the family room has a ping pong table and a wood burning fire place. There is plenty of sitting area throughout.
Feel like you need to get a little work done, connect to the wireless internet.
There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Bedrooms are fully carpeted and have vaulted ceilings.
The master bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable king bed, a double bed for extra sleeping areas, and room to stretch out and relax. Two sets of sliding glass doors show a panoramic view of the lake. The master also has a TV. A second large bedroom with another king bed includes an antique rocker and small TV. The third bedroom easily accommodates the queen bed and two twin beds with room for more.
Laugh, smile, relax, fish, sun, swim, slide, canoe, bike, read…. Watch the sun set. This lake home has everything for a perfect vacation experience.

50% of the total rental fee required in advance to hold reservation. Balance is due 14 days before arrival. Agent does not accept checks on reservations made less than 14 days before arrival. Please reference reservation dates and property number when sending check or money order. Upon receipt of deposit; confirmation and directions to the vacation house will be mailed, faxed or emailed to Guest.

A $45.00 administration fee is assessed for all cancellations. However, if Guest(s) cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date in a rental cabin or house, Guest(s) advance payment will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. No cash refunds are given. (For a refund of Money, cancellation must be in writing 30 days for all properties prior to arrival date (less a $45.00 administration fee per property).

Rates do not include cleaning and reservation fee of $80.00 and 8% sales/accommodations taxes.

The pet fee is $75.00 per pet. Pet limits and sizes vary by house. Please be sure that pets have been treated for fleas before bringing them. Any complaint about fleas with in 7 days of departure will require an additional $75.00 flea treatment for the house.
