The main floor has spectacular ocean views from every window; a deck that is equipped with a dining table and chairs for those that want to eat while watching and listening to the ocean; a large dining room with seating for up to 24 people; a spacious great room equipped with gas fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR, game cube, books, and board games; and a MBR that allows you to watch the sunrise over the ocean while lying in bed in the morning. The mid-level is comprised of bedrooms each having a separate outdoor exit to the main deck. Two are equipped with King Size Select Comfort Beds. There is also a laundry room entrance for convenient depositing and laundering of used beach towels, wet bathing suits, etc. and an outdoor shower. The ground floor level has two additional bedrooms and a room that is a recreation paradise. The whole rec room is done with custom woodworking, giving it an elegant, men's club atmosphere. The pool table, dart board, and 61 wide screen TV provide hours of entertainment. For those that need refreshment, there is another kitchen area and for those that can’t leave work behind, an office area equipped with computer, fax machine and phone. Why my place is great for a pet?
As members of the family, your dogs (limit 2 without prior approval from owner) are welcome to join you on your vacation in our homes. In North Carolina, the extermination fee and other charges are built into the weekly rental amount. We expressly prohibit cats in our homes. Any “accidents” will require the carpets to be spot cleaned after your departure and you will be charged for that service.
Pet rules for Corolla beaches allow dogs on the beach throughout the year but they must be on a leash at all times. Corolla is located in Currituck County which has a county-wide leash law. Your pet must be on a leash at all times.
Please remember to clean up after your pet!
Activities and Attractions
Commercial flights are available to Norfolk International Airport (Norfolk, VA—ORF). Norfolk is about 90 driving miles away. Most rental car companies have offices there. Car/limo services are available.
Aside from Norfolk, private pilots can land at Currituck County (formerly 9W7, now ONX), First Flight (FFA), or Dare County (MQI). Both Dare and Currituck County airports are about 50 driving miles away. MQI has cars on the field (reservations at 252-475-5570). The Enterprise office in Elizabeth City (call them at 252-334-1601 or click here and enter 27929 for the Zip Code) will deliver cars to ONX.
First Flight is about 35 driving miles (it's also a great, flat, bike ride) away. It has restrictions on overnight tie-downs as of this writing. The Enterprise office in Kill Devil Hills (call them on 252-480-1838 or click here and enter 27948 for the Zip Code) will deliver cars to FFA.

Leases are mailed late October/early November at which time 50% of the rent is due.
The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
