This cabin in South Lake Tahoe is a wonderful vacation cabin located in beautiful, historic Zephyr Cove, just minutes from casinos,shopping and skiing. Property is very well maintained and features a hot tub on the deck with furniture and barbecue. Just a minute walk to the private homeowners association beach and pier as well as a nice lawn/play area for the children. Perfect for the family getaway or honeymoon couple. Kitchen and baths totally remodeled in past year as well as new furnishings, doors and windows. Use of private boat buoy in summer months available at an additional cost of $150 per week stay

Payment for all rentals are to be made by personal, business, cashiers check or money order only. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be by cashiers check or money order only. For all last minute reservations, payment to be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check, money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing the complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing items, or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival or within two weeks of confirmation for all holiday reservations.

Full refund if reservation cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (holidays not included). Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of having to cancel original reservation. No refunds for early departures or holiday reservations. All holiday reservations are due in full within two weeks of confirmation and are non-refundable. All beach-access properties are due in full within two weeks of confirmaton for reservations from May -September 28, 2008.
