Located in the best, central location in South Lake Tahoe, just one block towards water behind casinos. Walk to private Stateline Homeowners Association Beach only a block away with beach passes provided for guests of this home. Adjacent to beautiful Edgewood Golf Course on the water, this home features a nice wrought-iron fenced front yard and enclosed fenced back yard off of dining/kitchen area.Easy access to all Tahoe has to offer. We suggest no more than six adults and 2-4 children for comfort. Wonderful tile in kitchen, bathrooms and floors as well as oak touches, with gas marble fireplace in living room, along with a garage. One very large bedroom has two queens, second large bedroom has double and single bed and one queen futon by fireplace in the living room on first level with large half-bath.

Payment for all rentals are to be made by personal, business, cashiers check or money order only. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be by cashiers check or money order only. For all last minute reservations, payment to be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check, money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing the complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing items, or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival or within two weeks of confirmation for all holiday reservations.

Full refund if reservation cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (holidays not included). Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of having to cancel original reservation. No refunds for early departures or holiday reservations. All holiday reservations are due in full within two weeks of confirmation and are non-refundable. All beach-access properties are due in full within two weeks of confirmaton for reservations from May -September 28, 2008.
