If you just want to get away from it all, this condo is perfect for families, couples, honeymooners, friends, and we allow dogs too. You will find this two-story, 1300 square foot condominium very cozy! It is easy to access from the parking lot (plenty of spaces to park). Very clean, newly painted and decorated, you will feel right at home in this private complex. Mountain Shadows is a quiet, well maintained complex which is conveniently located in a forested mountain setting. Here you have access to 2 swimming pools and 2 saunas. Enjoy breakfast or cocktails on the private deck which is located on the second floor off the living room. The upstairs is spacious with vaulted ceilings, sky lights and lots of windows. Relax in front of the fireplace and snuggle up to a good book, watch TV on a 32 inch screen, or listen to the surround sound on the entertainment center. If you like to cook, you will appreciate the well stocked kitchen with all the basics a cook needs. We strive to make each of our guests' Lake Tahoe experience a special one. We believe that each vacation rental should have everything our guests need, including personalized touches. You and your permitted pets can enjoy all of the best amenities of the greater Lake Tahoe area, including 15 major ski resorts and 40 golf courses, not to mention the most beautiful lake in the United States!

Just minutes from the condo you will find two private beaches with designated swimming area with lifeguards on duty during the summer, creek, boat ramp, a heated Olympic size swimming pool, playground equipment, volleyball court and kiosk. Picnic tables and built in barbeque. Also nearby is the Incline recreation center which has an Olympic sized swimming pool, basketball courts and over 30 state of the art fitness and weight machines. There is also ping-pong, a computer center, child-care center, snack bar and pro shop on the premises. And The town center offers several places to eat, rent movies, grocery shop (store offers just about everything), and plenty of Day Spas.

On the first floor you will find the Master Bedroom Suite, with Queen size bed, down comforters and pillows, plenty of extra blankets. The spacious master bathroom has a large relaxing Jacuzzi Bathtub. Spa towels, robes and bath salts are provided for additional pampering. The second bedroom also has a queen size Queen size bed, down comforter and pillows, plenty of extra blankets. The third bedroom has a day bed which pulls out into a king size bed Since most pull out couches are so uncomfortable for adults we decided to provide Queen size Aero Bed. Just like the commercial you can inflate the mattress in about 5 minutes! Located on the second floor you will find the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Laundry Room and the third bathroom. Full kitchen with all the basics plus coffee maker, espresso machine and coffee grinder. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, entertainment center with 32- inch TV, DVD, VCR, Home Theater system and cable. The deck extends off the living room. Here you will find a charcoal BBQ and new patio furniture. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a Laundry Room complete with washer/dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Nightly Rates $199 to $299. Weekly Rates $834 - $1074. Until Rental Agreement is received, and payment is made, all rates are subject to change without notice.At the conclusion of the rental period, an inspection of the property will be made. If the renter has caused any unreasonable damage or if excessive cleaning is required for the premises, the cost of such damage, loss and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining deposit will be returned within 30 days.
