Located in Cape Cod Mass, this quaint Cape Cod style vacation home is on a lovely country lane ending at our private ocean beach. The beach has views of Sandy neck, one of large sand dunes on the cape. The house has a big yard, perfect for children, a brick patio and a mahogany deck. There is a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. It features two tile baths, excellent appliances. Including a huge refrigerator with ice machine and two TV's, The down stairs bedrooms are good size and the up stairs bedroom are enormous. A perfect home for family rental.

You can swim at the end of the street come home shower outside and enjoy the patio and deck. It is perfect for boating,kayaking or sailing. Walk to the beach in the evening to see the sun set on the water. Our area is great for walking and biking. It is a short distance to the harbor to watch the boats or go on the whale watch. You can walk around the salt water marsh to our lovely village that contains shops and a convenience store, restaurant, art gallery and a museum. Out main road is Route 6A (Old Kings Highway) with many antiques, shops and restaurants. It is 10 minutes to Hyannis and a variety of super markets, diverse restaurants, unique tourist attractions and great harbor with ferries to the island.
