Located in Cape Cod Massachusetts, this quaint Cape Cod style vacation home is on a lovely country lane ending at our private ocean beach in Massachusetts. The beach has views of Sandy Neck, one of the largest sand dunes on the Cape. The house has a big yard - perfect for children, a brick patio and a mahogany deck. There is a hot/ cold enclosed outdoor shower. The house interior has just been totally been painted, wall-papered and the floors refinished. The house sparkles. It features two tile baths, excellent appliances including a huge refrigerator with an ice machine, a brand new stove, and two TV's a VCR, DVD player, and a library of children's videos. The downstairs bedrooms are good size and the upstairs bedrooms are enormous. The upstairs features brand new wall-to-wall carpeting. A perfect home for family rentals.

Activities and Attractions
You can swim at the end of the street, come home, shower outside and enjoy the patio and deck. It is perfect for boating, kayaking, or sailing. Walk to the beach in the evening to see the sun set on the water. Our area is great for walking and biking. It is a short distance to the harbor to watch boats or go on a whale watch. You can walk around the salt water marsh to our lovely village which contains shops, a convenience store, restaurants, an art gallery and a museum. Our main road is Route 6A(Old King's Highway) with many antiques shops and restaurants. It is a ten minute ride to Hyannis with a variety of supermarkets, diverse restaurants, unique tourist attractions, beaches and a great harbor with ferries to the islands. There are activities for everyone including tennis and golf in close proximity.
