 The neighborhood offers a broad range of restaurants, theaters, bars, and live music. Kingston Mines, Chicago Blue, Briar Street Theater, Lincoln Park, Lake Michigan, and the beach are within walking distance.

Extra guests are $20/night.

A one time $100 weekend surcharge is applied for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night. This fee is waved for stays of 7 days or more.

Pets are welcome. The pet surcharge is $10/night/pet.

The 11.9% hotel tax is not included in pricing.

There is a 2 night minimum stay any time, a 3 night minimum stay on a holiday weekend, and a 4 night minimum stay for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Marathon Weekend, and Thanksgiving.

Cancellation Terms: More than 7 days' notice: no charge. 2 to 7 days' notice: one night's charge. Less than 2 days' notice: up to 2 days charged. All charges are waived if the room is rebooked by another guest.
