Rustic Elegance is a beautiful cabin located in the gated luxury community Innsbruck Resort and Golf Club just minutes away from downtown Helen. The cabins private lot borders Unicoi State Park.

There are three highly appointed bedrooms with king size beds and quality linens. In addition to the three bedrooms a large sofa sleeper is available in great room. Every one of the spacious bedrooms includes a full bath. The master bath includes a double vanity, separate shower and garden tub. The kitchen is equipped with professional grade stainless steel appliances and is a great place to prepare a meal after a day of shopping or exploring.

You can relax in the evening with a movie from the DVD library in front of the massive 55 inch television with surround sound. Challenge your friends to a game of pool or one of the many available board games for children or adults.

Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the back deck where squirrels are your only neighbors.

Why my place is great for a pet?
We love our puppies and hate to go anywhere without them. Your pets can enjoy a roaring fire on the throw rug in the great room or chase lots of critters in Unicoi Park which borders our property.

Deposit Terms:	A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. No damage is done to cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. This includes the hot tub and the pool table. A full list will be in your written agreement.

Cancellation Terms:	Cancellations will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
