Featuring an oversized private electric heated pool and courtyard area, this huge home includes deeded access to the exclusive private Venice Golden Beach that is across the street. AND, we've just added high speed and wireless Internet. Please note there is no local phone.
Our Golden Beach Resort House rental is located on the island of Venice Beach, Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 3 units available for rental.
This is unit #2 and is by the largest and most luxurious unit. It features 4 bedrooms (including two that are oversized suites with couches and TVs AND private balconies with partial views of the ocean), 3 full bathrooms, and high speed wireless Internet. Plus, it has a living room with tile floors, a dining room, and a beautiful oversized pool. (Note: It is possible to rent these units together, please inquire for special pricing.)
The 1st bedroom is a huge oversized suite and has a king sized bed (sleeps 1-2) and a private balcony, new furniture, a couch (which is a queen futon and can sleep 1-2), a TV mounted on the wall and a private full sized bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is almost a mirror image of the first bedroom. It is also a huge oversized suite and has a king sized bed (sleeps 1-2) and a private balcony, new furniture, a couch (which is a queen futon and can sleep 1-2), a TV mounted on the wall and a private full sized bathroom. Our third bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 1-2), new furniture and a window with partial views of the ocean. Our fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and overlooks the pool and courtyard area.
Our Golden Beach Resort home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal), central air conditioning and electric heat for the few nights when the temperature falls. We also have a separate washer and dryer area plus of course, a pool area with lots of lounge chairs.
Our Venice Florida rental beach house is literally across from the exclusive Golden Beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 10 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is a quick walk to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park.
