It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. Best of all, the house has a beautiful caged lanai pool and patio. The pool is heated so you can enjoy it all season.
Our Venice Florida rental also has a separate living room, a dining room and a room with a washer dryer. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.
Our Venice vacation beach house is a very nice vacation home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. The third bedroom has two twin beds (sleeps 2). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets.
Our Venice Florida villa rentals is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal). Our Florida vacation rental home also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature falls.
Our Venice Florida rental beach house is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Venice. It is also close to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is also near the pet friendly and dog friendly beach - Brohard Paw Park.

Busch Gardens
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota.
It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ˝ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.
