Wake up every morning in a tropical setting of fruit trees and gardens.  Relax in a brand new private electric heated pool that overlooks our backyard.  This wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located at 328 Bayshore Drive - the most desireable address in all of Venice!   In fact, from our back yard you can sip a cup of coffee and watch boats sail along the gorgeous Roberts Bay.

This wonderful home is only a 2 blocks walk to the charming town of Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique shops and fine restaurants.  Our house is also only a 6 block walk along the tree lined Venice Avenue to the beach.  Plus, we've just added high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop.

Our Bayshore estate home is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and fruit trees.  It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and a sleeper bed (sleeps 2).

Plus, it has a living room with a ceramic tiled fireplace and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, a dining room, and a wonderful outdoor deck area to enjoy breakfast and drinks.  Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees, flowers and a private pool and screened in lanai and patio area.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers.  The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and its own private outdoor patio area where you can relax and read. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new.  Our 4th bedroom is a mother's in law suite with a private entrance and two queen beds (sleeps 4).  We also have a queen sofa bed that sleeps 2. 

Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor deck with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs.  We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning.  Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 2 block walk to downtown and a few minutes walk to the beaches.   It is also a long walk or short drive to the Venice Pier and Sharkys and the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park

Hi Steve, The Bayshore house is lovely, the neighbors very nice. They brought their dogs over to meet our dog and have two girls near our daughter’s age. Our daughter even went to a bowling alley at the invitation of the youth group at the local church we attended this morning. Our favorite was that this is the first vacation that we brought our dog Molly and it was so much fun we will definitely bring her again next year. Her favorites on her first ever vacation was the Brohard Paw Park dog beach, walking to downtown Venice and listening to concerts in the park. Hi Steve, Jenny and I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our two months at the Bayshore House. The house is very spacious, well decorated and most of all very close to downtown Venice. Jenny could walk to church and the shops in town and it was just a short drive to the beaches. Now that the pool is finished it will be even better. We especially want to thank you and Amy for taking such good care of us while there.
