Our Baycrest house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Venice Island near Roberts Bay.  Our house is just 5 blocks to the Venice Beach and 3 blocks to downtown Venice. We just added a beautiful pool and enclosed patio and lanai.

Our Baycrest Venice Island House is a roomy 3 bedroom house decorated with tropical prints and featuring beautiful Terrazo tile floors. Plus, it has a brand new pool and patio in an enclosed lanai. AND, we now have wireless and high speed internet connection for our guests who bring their computer.

Located on Venice island and only a 5 block walk to the Venice FL beach, the Baycrest House is the perfect Venice Florida beach house vacation rental. AND, we now have DSL internet connect for our guests who bring their computer.

Surrounded by gardens and fruit trees, the Baycrest is a very large Florida house featuring 3 large bedrooms, 1 queen sized sleeper bed and 2 full bathrooms. Plus, it has a separate living room, a dining room and a beautiful sunroom that looks out on our backyard.

The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has all new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a two twin bed (sleeps 2) and looks out on to the Sunroom. The third bedroom features 2 queen beds and all new furniture. (Sleeps 4)

Our sunroom has 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2) and is also quite roomy.   Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.

Our Venice beach rental house is fully loaded with nice furniture including a very comfy couch and two recliner chairs, cable TV, kitchen appliances and an outdoor sunroom with comfy lounge chairs and a table to enjoy breakfast or lunch.

We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.  

Our Baycrest House also has a nice sized laundry room with a washer and dryer. Our house also has central air conditioning. Plus, of course heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.

If you have a dog, it is a nice walk or short car ride to Venice's famous dog beach - Brohard Paw Park. Also, the beach home is about 3 blocks to Venice Avenue and downtown Venice Florida. Here you will find shops, boutiques, cafes and even tennis courts and recreation area. Our Baycrest House is also only 1 block away from Roberts Bay where you can walk along and watch the boats sail out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Hi Steve - This was a great home for a family reunion. We found the accommodations to be roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating, and there were plenty of towels and linens for everyone. The house was central for our purposes and we found it easy to get around on foot, bike and by car from there to all the places we were interested in. The house was immaculately clean and well kept.
