Our Seabreeze Aurora Venice Florida Vacation Home is a roomy 3 bedroom house with a brand new electric heated pool and screened in patio. Our house sleeps 10 people. AND, we've just added high speed and wireless Internet for guests who bring their laptop.

Located on Venice island and only a 5 block walk to the Venice FL beach and only a few more blocks to the dog beach - Brohard Paw Park, the Seabreeze House is the perfect Venice Florida beach house vacation rental.

Surrounded by gardens and and a screened in heated pool and patio, the Seabreeze is a very large Florida house featuring 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plus, it has a separate living room, a dining room and a beautiful sunroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has all new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. We also have a sunroom that contains relaxing chairs as well as 2 sofa beds (sleeps up to 4 people).

Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. Our Venice beach rental house is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch and recliner chair, cable TV, kitchen appliances and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs.

We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.

Our Florida vacation rental house also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Venice and a few minutes more to Sharky's seafood restaurant and the Venice Pier where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.

If you have a dog, it is a short walk to Venice's famous dog beach - Brohard Paw Park.  Our Florida beach holiday rentals is close to the popular 27 hole Venice Florida Public golf course.

(On Mapquest the Venice Beach is called Service Club Park. Actually, it is Venice Beach Club and features a small car parking area, bathrooms, water drinking fountains and soda machines. It is really nice. And, best of all this beach is a 3 minute walk to the Venice Pier and the very popular Sharkey's restaurant.

Note: The nearby Venice airport is for small crafts and pilot training and only runs during daylight. It is a cute little airport and there is a nearby restaurant.)

Steve - We came over from Scotland and stayed here in the Aurora house the first two weeks in Spetember 2005. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The pool was brand new. The wireless internet connection was very useful and effortless to connect to. Perhaps the house was too big for just the two of us, but the privacy is nice. A 1 bed condo might have been less expensive, but not as enjoyable. Hopefully, funds permitting, we can rent from Steve again. I advise anyone reading this to give Steve a try. Steve, We had a fabulous time in Venice last week at the Aurora Seabreeze house. We so enjoyed the beach, the pool, the Paw Park (dog beach)... all so relaxing and wonderful. We had perfect weather, got tons of shells, even some shark's teeth. The area is really nice, not so populated, we loved that. It was a great vacation to spend time as a family in our own home away from home. We surfed the internet, stayed mildly connected with home.
