Our Venice Florida Harbor Paradise beach house rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool. It is a very spacious Florida vacation rental house and has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. AND, we've just added wireless & high speed internet for guests who bring their laptop.
Plus, it has a huge spacious living room, a large dining room/family room area and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai) with a beautiful pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.
Our Harbor Paradise Home vacation beach house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom suite has 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. Our second bedroom features 1 king size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The third large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Plus, our family room contains 1 sleeper bed (sleeps 2). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full sized and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. The other is handicapped accessible.
Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.
We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a 5 minute walk to the beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.

Hi Steve, We just returned from venice, florida and had a wonderful time renting from you. The house was decorarted lovely, great comfortable furniture ,wonderful location,and well maintained. We walked to town every morning with the dogs , and later in the day went to the doggie beach just a mile or so away . Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico.
Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Spring Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota.
It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ˝ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Cancellations:
(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner will be considered a cancellation und
