This is a very Roomy Vacation Home with tasteful decor, has 2 large bedrooms (sleeps 4) 2 modern bathrooms, one with walk in shower, other with combined tub/shower. 1 sleeper sofa bed (sleeps 2) Pack and play for a baby to sleep in, along with a high chair. Large living room and family room with tile floors, dining room, lanai and a brand new large patio with a large one car garage, completely remodeled kitchen with new appliances, new windows, French doors, new ceiling fans and light fixtures. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a fantastic fenced back yard filled with trees and plants.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed (sleeps 2) and brand new furniture including dressers, wood floors, large walk in closet, with private master bathroom.
The second bedroom also has two twin beds with brand new furniture, wood floors, large closet, and large modern bathroom.
Both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico.
Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Spring Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota.
