Our 606 Harbor Beach House is located on the island of Venice Beach FL. It is only a 4 block walk to the Venice beaches and only an 8 block walk to the coffee shops, cafes and boutiques of historic downtown Venice. AND, we now have DSL internet connect for our guests who bring their computer.
Our Venice beach house is a very cozy home complete with high living room ceilings and terrazzo tile.
The main bedroom has a gorgeous antique queen size bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has two brand new twin beds (sleeps 2). Plus, we have a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2).
Our Harbor Venice Beach Florida home is also fully loaded with a nice living room cable TV and modern kitchen appliances.
Plus, we have a wonderful back yard patio with fruit trees and a charcoal grill. (Unlike a Venice Beach Florida condo or Venice Beach Florida hotel, , there is plenty of privacy and room for you!)
Location, location, location is what our Venice rental home offers. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is a 4 block walk to the beach in Venice and only a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.
Our Florida vacation rental is close to a great Venice Florida golf course if you enjoy golf. It is a 15 minute walk to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park.

Activities and Attractions
Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico.
Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Winter Grapefruit League Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota.
It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ½ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Cancellations:
(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner will be considered a cancellation und
