Our Avalon Venice Beach FL rental home is a waterfront home located in Venice Florida that sleeps 8. AND, we've just added high speed and wireless Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Our Venice FL rental has a living room that overlooks a freshwater pond. It also is fully furnished with brand new furniture.
Our Avalon Venice Florida house includes a modern kitchen, a separate dining room and a living room with brand new couches and a new television.
Our Venice vacation beach house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), a TV, and nice new furniture including new dressers. The second large bedroom has a 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and also new furniture and TV. Plus, our living room also has nice comfy couches plus 2 futon couches (sleeps 2 - 4). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets.
Plus, we have a wonderful back yard patio that overlooks the water. (Unlike a Venice FL condo or Venice Florida beach vacation apartment, there is plenty of privacy and room for you!)
Venice FL Home is located at 175 Avalon Road in Venice Florida which is 2 miles south of downtown Venice, Florida and 15 miles south of Sarasota Florida.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico.
Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Winter Grapefruit League Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota.
It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ½ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Cancellations:
(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner will be considered a cancellation und
