As a pet-friendly property, the home boasts many features that increase your sense of overall privacy and security. Lush landscaping makes a gorgeous backdrop and disguises the fenced backyard. Parents of small children can teach their kids to swim, yet relax knowing that the pool is properly fenced. Live life coastal-style outdoors, in the screened lanai under palm trees-a-plenty. An outside dining table and ample sun beds keep the party outside.
Indoors, a huge selection of new living room furniture suits a big group. Two large microsuede sofas and a further two over-sized arm chairs are comfy places to gather for a movie or ball game. An overhead ceiling fan keeps things cool.
Wrought iron tables and tiled floors underfoot leave things open and breezy, just as a vacation house should be. Control the sunlight from the large window with vertical blinds.
While your family or group entertains diverse interests, others can play or chat in the nearby family room. Styled in cafe chic, a small table and higher bar table sit atop a brick floor. Bring favorite board games or a pack of cards and play all night.
When bed time rolls around, the master bedroom accommodates a family in this separate suite. Much like a large hotel room, parents with young children can comfortably fit in the room’s two queen beds and queen-sized sofa bed.
The home’s second guest bedroom will keep the grandparents or another couple happy. Spoiled with massive king bed and TV, the room’s occupants will love its cheery ambiance - floral prints and palm tree motifs dot the comforter, accents and wicker furniture. A dresser is included for easy organization.
Bedrooms three and four boast bright accommodation with two twin beds and a queen, respectively. Both have new and ample storage furniture, large windows and ceiling fans. Your guests’ comfort is absolutely assured.
When searching for local entertainment, it’s only 3 blocks to both the beach and charming downtown Venice. Head to the beach each night for a stunning sunset, followed by a fresh seafood dinner at popular Sharkey’s restaurant, then ice cream downtown.
Wireless Internet makes this home as convenient as it is lovely. Two full bathrooms are clean and bright, with high-quality finishing. One bathroom is handicapped accessible while the other has a bathtub, an ideal option for parents with small children and a flotilla of rubber ducks.

Hi Steve, We just returned from venice, florida and had a wonderful time renting from you. The house was decorarted lovely, great comfortable furniture ,wonderful location,and well maintained. We walked to town every morning with the dogs , and later in the day went to the doggie beach just a mile or so away . Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico.
Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Spring Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota.
It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ˝ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.
