Walk to the beach or enjoy a dip in your own private heated pool.  Our Parkdale house is a very roomy 4 bedroom home that sleeps up to 14 people and is perfect for large families. Featuring a wonderful private pool and patio area, our Parkdale home is only a 4 blocks walk to the Venice public beach. 

Our Venice Florida beach house rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool.  AND, we've just added high speed and wirless Internet for guests who bring their laptop.

Our Parkdale home has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 sleeper sofa beds (sleeps 6). Plus, it has a living room with terrazzo tile floors, a family room with a wonderful fireplace, a dining room, a sunroom, a lanai with an outdoor bar and a screened in patio with a beautiful pool.  Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.

Our Venice Parkdale house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers.  It also has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The second large bedroom also has a king bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers.  Our fourth bedroom also contains 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). And, the house has 2 other sleeper beds (sleeps 4).

Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and all 3 bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs.

Plus, the back yard includes a very nice patio area with lounge chairs.  We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 4 block walk to the Venice public beach and only a 3 block walk to downtown Venice.

It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And, it is walking distance to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park

Steve - We loved Venice and the Parkdale prop. We found the house extremely comfortable and like a home from home. Situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Everyone we met was so friendly. Everything we looked for in a rental property. Venice has a range of shops and stores, including a shop selling extrememly good fruit pies and wonderful steaks. The properties are near the beach with plenty of parking. There is easy access by vehicle to a range of places worth visiting. Enough to keep us

We had our 2005 family reunion in Venice and experiencing some trepidation about the accomodations while driving there. But as soon as we stepped into the Parkdale house with it's large white tiles and open, open expansive and airy demeanor, we fell in love with the house.
