Ahoy! The best of everything! Pirates Paradise offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, your own private pool, an elevator, sweeping views of the ocean & Intracoastal & the beach. It's just 5 minutes drive to historic St Augustine. The treasure is all yours!

Our 3-level house with an elevator provides amazing views of the beach and Intracoastal from the two big balconies, one of which is private to the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. You will love sitting out here at any time of day, listening to the murmur of the surf, enjoying the salty tang of the sea breeze, and watching the glittering waves. And the sun rises right over our horizon each morning, offering spectacular color!

Indoors, the master suite is huge, with a king-sized bed, wet bar & refrigerator, big HDTV with DVD player, sliding doors out to the balcony, breezy ceiling fan, and long windows to soak in (or block out!) the sunshine. The en suite bathroom is huge, with a walk-in tiled shower, soaking tub, his-and-her vanities, and plenty of storage space. This is a sanctuary in which to relax and recharge, with the best view in the house!

The 3rd floor contains another 2 full bathrooms and 2 other bedrooms as well: one with 2 twin beds, & another with huge space & 2 twin bed & 2 trundles & views (sleeps 4)

And for the rest of the gang, there are 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom & half bath on the 2nd storey: a pink confection of a kids' room with 2 twin beds, plus a lovely, light-filled room containing a king-sized bed. All the rooms are spotlessly maintained, light and airy, so everyone gets a great night's sleep at Pirates Paradise!

You'll want to linger late in the morning in our comfortable bedrooms, but the living and dining areas give you plenty of reasons to get up! Our living room is large and beautiful, with cool tiles floors, sea breem walls, and comfy couches grouped around an enormous HDTV. Step out onto the balcony from this room, where ocean views invite you to dine al fresco!

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, offering lovely ocean views as you sit at a long table on cushioned chairs that encourage everyone to stay a little longer, enjoying dessert or clearing the table for a quick game of Jenga. This is also a good computer table -- you have free wireless Internet at Sea King Beach and you'll always be connected.

The kitchen is alongside the dining area, with an informal breakfast table area so that the ankle-biters can supervise the making of Sunday-morning pancakes. The counters here are granite, with a second sink in the island and plenty of chopping-and-prepping space. Our kitchen is completely stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, as well as spotless new appliances large and small. (There's even a faucet with instant hot water -- perfect for that quick cup of instant coffee in the morning!) Whether you want to cook a homemade feast for 10 or simply dish up the takeout, you'll find everything you need and more at Pirates Paradise!

Speaking of supplies, all of the bedding and towels you'll need for every bed and bath at Pirates Paradise are waiting for you, along with a laundry room with new high-efficiency washer and dryer to keep everything -- especially those damp swimsuits! -- clean and fresh. This is truly a home away from home, with all the little extras that make your vacation easier and more fun.

On the first level is the garage and an outside shower, ideal for rinsing off the sand from the beach. And from here it's just steps to the beautiful beach, with sparkling waves, wide sands & fun!

Why my place is great for a pet?
The back yard is fenced, and the path to the beach is sandy and about 200' long. This is a great place!!
