Dolphin Beach House sleeps six guests total in three bedrooms. Guests have the use of two full baths and one half bath. Hardwood floors bounce morning light every which way. Rise early and snuggle in to a cozy arm chair to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic horizon. A large flat-screen TV is among the home’s many new additions. No grilling or landlines for phone service.
The Dolphin Beach House is packed with care and detail to make your vacation that little bit sweeter. This luxury, fully renovated beach house is also packed with many upgrades including granite surfaces throughout, beautiful crown molding, hardwood floors, travertine baths, two car spacious enclosed garages, two bedrooms on the ocean side with balconies.

Ocean Front, Ocean View, Walk to Beach
Handsome beige walls and crisp white crown molding keep your attention where it belongs: on the view, on your family, on having fun. A great family set-up includes a living room with deep, comfy couches. Put your feet up and enjoy the view, a movie or maybe a competitive game of Uno.
To the side of the living room is a spacious dining area. A long, oval glass dining table seats six guests with plenty of elbow room. In the corner enjoy the use of a writing desk. With its own ocean view, checking email on the home’s wireless Internet might take longer than usual.
Granite counters in the open-plan kitchen attest to the standard of this home and its fittings. New cupboards, shiny appliances and plenty of prep space will easily make an enthusiastic cook of any guest. Start the morning right with fresh coffee - the coffee maker and all other cookware are provided for your convenience.
Upstairs? Just as lovely. The master bedroom’s king bed, set in a carved wooden frame, has fantastic, high-quality linens and bright accents. Will you notice? Hard to say - there’s a private ocean-front balcony vying for your attention. A wall-mounted LCD TV will tell you of the morning news or delight with a late-night movie. There’s storage space galore and an en suite bathroom, too. Life is nicer at Dolphin Beach House.
Next door is the second guest bedroom. A carbon copy of the master suite, guests here too enjoy an ocean-front balcony. From this lofty vantage you’ll take great photos of your family and pets playing in the waves just downstairs. Sharing a bathroom with bedroom two: the lucky guests in bedroom three. Sail boats and anchors away set a light-hearted mood, dotted across the twin beds’ comforters. Ideal for little boys but cheerful and inviting for any guest.
The Dolphin Beach House has two large LCD flat screen TVs with satellite Direct TV, a DVD player, WiFi through-out, private washer & dryer and an enclosed 2 car garage with tons of extra space for boats or kayaks. the kitchen is fully equipped with stove w/microwave, icemaker in refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, Corelle dishes, flatware, standard pot & pan set, glassware, ovenware and misc. kitchen tools. The house even has an outdoor shower right off the private walkway to the beach.
If a special occasion or deserved reward is in the works for your friends or family, consider renting all 3 houses together for one perfect vacation (Dolphin Suite 1 (sleeps 6), Egret Suite 2 (sleeps 8) and Flamingo Suite 3(sleeps 8)). This is a welcome option for families traveling together for a special reunion.
