The house is set on stilts, so you enjoy the added height of a better view from both inside and out on the expansive deck. Circling the house in its entirety, everyone can claim their own favorite corner for reading or watching birds fish. You’re fully equipped for both sunrise and sunset - with no noisy neighbors to share it with. This is beach living at its best - as if the Atlantic Ocean is there for your personal enjoyment.
Enter the house and step into its heart, the family great room. With floor-to-ceiling windows facing both east and west, it’s a dramatic spot to enjoy the day’s start and finish. A massive real stone fireplace is the room’s feature. Perch on the hearth with a guitar or just kick back and bask in the sunshine. Large couches are scattered throughout this immense and relaxing space. Sunlight bounces off the wooden floors and beamed cathedral ceilings.
