Our recently remodeled three-bedroom home is just 300 feet from the Department of Natural Resources Coastal Setback line. (In 2003, we added two rooms and a full bath on the ground floor, and installed an elevator.) Stroll our private pathway through the palmettos and over the dunes to one of the widest and cleanest stretches of uncommercialized Atlantic beach along Florida's First Coast. Generally, we rent for full weeks, from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning. Monthly rentals usually must be arranged about eight months in advance. Less-than-full-week rentals are not locked in more than one month ahead of time.

Why my place is great for a pet?
Wide open spaces outside, lots of room inside, beach and magnificent sunsets await you, your family and your pets. One of the decks is secure because it doesn't have a stairway. The yard is not completely fenced, however.
Activities and Attractions
Near the southern end of Anastasia Island and Fort Matanzas National Monument. Fourteen miles south of historic St. Augustine and seven miles north of Marineland. About half way between Jacksonville International and Daytona Beach airports. Two hours to Disney World or Kennedy Space Center.

Inside and outside stairways, elevator, fireplace, four cable televisions, three roofed decks, new woodsy ground level deck with ramp, wheelchair accessible (but not fully handicap adapted--call for details), fully equipped kitchen, two central air conditioning units, seven ceiling fans, two full and two half baths, laundry, and the most alluring views in Florida! We also have a library with over 500 titles that include children's books. contemporary and classical literature, biographies, and non-fiction with a historical focus. There's a gas grill on the west deck. There are three bedrooms. The master (on the second floor) has a king-sized bed and also a daybed. The second bedroom (on the second floor) has a king-sized standard bed. The third bedroom (on the first floor) has a king-sized bed. All three have small television sets. The fourth bedroom, on the ground floor, has a private entrance, a computer station (but not DSL) and a queen bed. The new bathroom (on the ground floor) has a walk-in shower and doors to both downstairs bedrooms. The concrete driveway has easy parking for three vehicles and tight parking for five vehicles. The driveway twists as it enters from A1A such that the roadway is not visible from the house (a privacy feature). The single garage is currently being used by the owner.

| From March through September, the weekly rate is $1600. Winter rates (October through February) are discounted $200 per week. We use a sliding scale of pricing wherein each successive day costs less than the preceding day. Checks, money orders, PayPal, or bank transfers. Call for special pricing for extended rentals. Cleaning fee is $95. |

Summer rates apply to the following holiday weeks during the winter: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day. Cancellations made 30 days in advance will receive full refund of deposit; 15 days 50%. Deposits not refunded when cancellation is within two weeks of reservation. If you (or we) need to cancel because of hurricane, deposit or pro-rated rent will be refunded.
