The Lanai (screened porch) is directly on the Gulf, perfect for those romantic dinners and sunsets! This unit has two separate and private Bedrooms, each with their own Bathrooms, and king-size or twin beds. It features quality furniture, with a sleeper sofa and chairs in the carpeted living room, a modern full kitchen, and dining area.

The Condominium is located on Turtle Beach, at the Southern end of Siesta Key. The 'Turtle Beach' area is a quaint and fairly private 'Public' Beach, mostly known and used by the locals to avoid the more crowded beaches. It is not only on the Gulf of Mexico, but is also located on a small Lagoon ('Blind Pass Lagoon'). There are Shady Trees, Picnic Tables, Barbecues, Swings, Volleyball Nets, and a small Boat Launch.
