A reservation deposit of 35% of the total rental charge, plus a non-refundable service fee plus a travel insurance premium (optional) will be required to confirm your reservation and is due upon booking. The service fee includes reservation processing, departure inspection, 24-hour on call, and concierge services. The amount of this fee varies upon unit. The balance of your reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, bank cashier's checks, personal checks with proper ID and credit cards (Master Card, Visa). All account information is encrypted and secured for your protection.

Once your reservation deposit has been received, there will be no refunds given unless you have purchased CSA Travel Protection. There will be absolutely no refunds given by Dune Allen Realty, Inc, but Dune Allen Realty must be notified by you of your cancellation. In the event you must cancel your reservation, and you have purchased CSA Travel Protection, you must contact CSA Travel Protection at 866-298-6846 to begin your claim. Please regard CSA Travel Protection rules for their cancellation policy. A $50 fee will be charged for any changes made to a reservation after the reservation has been booked.
