Watercolor is a gorgeous 499 acre resort community with an extensive woodland trail system. Trash receptacles placed intermittently on the trails have pick-up bags for your convenience making them truly dog friendly.

A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. Once received, your dates are officially reserved. Upon check in you reservation deposit is converted to a refundable security/damage deposit

Full payment is due 30 days prior to or at the time of reservation if less than 30 days.
50% of rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel more than 60 days before check in, you forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel less than 60 days before check in, you will forfeit 50% of your rental fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days before check in, you will forfeit full payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Every effort will be made to re-book our house and if we are able to do so, full payment will be refunded minus the deposit).
The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
Hurricane or storm policy: no refunds will be given for inclement weather; we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
