Completed in 2007, our 3400 sq. ft. home is one of only 6 gulf front houses in WaterColor. It is located to the right of the BeachClub and less than a minute walk to it's entrance. The back of our home borders Grayton State Park making the deck that runs the length of our house private.
The second floor has an open floor plan and contains the kitchen, breakfast room, dining area, living room and powder room. The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a separate wine/beverage refrigerator.
The third floor of the house features a luxurious master suite with a sitting area and private covered porch. The large walk-in closet features a built in closet system and a washer/dryer. Outside of the master bedroom is the loft which features a daybed with trundle (sleeps 2), game/bar table and flat screen TV.
The two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Both are large with private bathrooms flat screened TV's and game systems. Also on the first floor is the laundry room with an ironing board and iron and features GEŽ High Efficiency front loading washer and dryer.
Other features: Six flat screen TVs, all bedrooms have king beds, alarm system, free wireless Internet access, free long distance, professional interior design, black walnut floors and cabinetry, two car garage.

Why my place is great for a pet?
Watercolor is a gorgeous 499 acre resort community with an extensive woodland trail system. Trash receptacles placed intermittently on the trails have pick-up bags for your convenience making them truly dog friendly.

Dogs are allowed only with prior approval from owner. Dogs must be treated for fleas prior to arrival and vaccinations current. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors. Owner is responsible for the pick up and disposal of all animal waste.
