The house is in a secluded, lush, low density neighborhood adjacent to Ding Darling Wild Life Preserve and an easy walk to Bowman's Beach. If you and your family are looking for a clean, comfortable environment that offers privacy and every convenience at a very competitive rate of rental, this is your place.

A soaring Cathedral ceiling, large lanai with lovely green views, romantic fireplace, skylights, split plan layout and spiral stair case to the large loft bedroom make Toucan House a unique, peaceful place for a monthly holiday during any season of the year. A place for all seasons...

And, you can cook and bake to your heart's content at Toucan House. The new, bright kitchen has been fully outfitted with everything you need to make a complete meal.

Want a cold margherita on a hot afternoon, leisurely sipped on the lanai before dinner? We've got the glasses to give you the feeling of a wonderfully tropical bar on some far off Caribbean island!

And, should the weather turn chilly one night in winter, warm yourself up with a roaring fire in the fireplace and some hot cookies baked in your own oven.

We offer our rental guests an exceptionally diverse and large selection of books, DVD's and board games for those rainy days as well.

Monthly rentals only. No weekly or nightly stays. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 if necessary for shorter visits: King in master, Queen in guest, two full in loft bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. No smoking, please. Not appropriate for physically challenged or toddlers.
