The unit pictured is on the Third floor. I have many other units available throughout the building on the 1,2,3,,4,5, 7,9,12,15 and 17th floors. The layout of all of them is exactly the same the decorations and furnishings are all done professionally and are just a little different from unit to unit.

Pets are always welcome. We prefer them to be in their crate if left in the condo alone but not required. Rental crates available for your use.

A minimum rent payment deposit of $200 of the total rent, cleaning fee and tax is required at the time the reservation is made and is nonrefundable. We will accept a credit card authorization and a personal check or cash payment for the balance.
The Total Rent & Tax is due 30 days prior to your check in date. The advance deposit is deducted from the rent, cleaning fee, pet fee and tax total.
We are flexible and reservations made on short notice can pe paid in cash or US Postal Service Money orders upon arrival.
Note: Until a deposit is received and confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Any last minute special rates offered are not retroactive for previously confirmed reservations

Cancellation: We suggest you purchase trip insurance to cover all aspects of your vacation travel including accommodations.
• Since we offer discounted rates cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.
• The initial non refundable rent deposit will not be refunded for any reason.
• If enough notice is given to allow us to rebook your reservation a refund of the balance paid after the non refundable deposit will be granted less a 10% handling fee.
• If cancelled for any reason within 21 days 50% of the rent & tax is forfeited. If we are unable to rebook the property with another guest no refunds will be granted.
• We cannot be responsible for “Acts of God” and weather related conditions. We will not refund deposits or payments for cancellations due to “Acts of God” and weather related events.
• If the Panama City Beach area or the complex is not open for business during the entire period of your reservation, we will attempt to reschedule your visit during the following two months (60 days) after your scheduled check in date subject to availability.
• MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in
