This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 365 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 3, sixth floor (unit 365). It is an oversized end unit with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms. It has views of the ocean from the balcony and side windows. We also manage unit 364 (next door) and 363 and 361 (same 6th floor)- perfect for families traveling together.

Water View, Walk to Beach
The oversized 400 square foot balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular golf course views. The living room has generous seating arranged to take advantage of the golf views.
The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two singles (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Plus, we also have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computer.
