Located on the 5th floor of a 6th floor building, this single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1700 square feet of exquisitely detailed living space. Featuring 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors and an interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 753 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 7 (close to the pools), fifth floor of a sixth floor building. We also manage unit 754 which is also on the fifth floor.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes an ocean view from the front of our condo. We also have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.

The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whichever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.

The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/dvd player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and tv set/dvd player. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins and a tv set/dvd player. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).

Why my place is great for a pet?
Lots of space outside to walk your pet and any place that accepts pets is great! The beach is pet friendly with a leash.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including: Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club, Cypress Knoll Golf Club, Matanzas Golf Club and Grand Haven Golf Club.
