This is building 9, second floor. We also manage Unit 923 and 924 (2nd floor - next door), perfect for families traveling together.

Our condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular views.
The three bedrooms and three baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic views. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own oversized private bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The huge balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the lake and golf course.
