Our luxurious top floor, penthouse condo overlooks the ocean. This ocean front condo has sweeping views of the ocean and the Ocean Hammock Golf Course. Enjoy the sea breeze on our balcony and sip a drink as you relax to the sounds of the waves and seagulls.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 564 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 5, sixth floor (top floor penthouse unit). We also manage Unit 565 and 563 (next door), perfect for owners traveling together. The owner of this condo has one of the best units in the entire condo and has spared no expense in lavishing his condo with upgrades and deluxe furniture.
Located on the 6th floor of a 6th floor building, this single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1910 square feet of exquisitely detailed living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by cathedral ceilings, tiled floors and an interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including: Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer, Cypress Knoll Golf Club designed by Gary Player, Matanzas Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and Grand Haven Golf Club designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. We also have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and tv set. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins and a tv set. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
