This newly furnished and painted single-level floor plan condo sleeps up to 10 and is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1910 square feet of exquisitely detailed living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors, recessed lighting, a large HDTV, and a newly furnished interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 732 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 7, 3rd floor of a sixth floor building. We also manage unit 734, 735 on the same floor, perfect for families traveling together.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 10 guests and includes a direct ocean front view from the tiled balcony of our condo. We also have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the HDTV, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.
The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, tile floors and an overhead fan, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.
The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, a brand new LCD TV with DVD player set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a brand new LCD TV with DVD player set. Bedroom #3 has 1 single top of bunk bed, 1 double bottom of bunk bed and 1 single and a flatscreen TV set & DVD player = sleeps a total of 4. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including: Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club, Cypress Knoll Golf Club, Matanzas Golf Club and Grand Haven Golf Club.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual zero slope entrance for kids, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 2 block away. )
