This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 1064 on the sixth floor in building 10 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). We also manage Unit 1061 (end unit - sixth floor) and Unit 1062 (two units down).

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury penthouse condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes an ocean view from the front of our condo. Our top level, 6th floor penthouse condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1700 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Best of all, we have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
The three bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set, and one with 2 extra long twins and a tv set. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual zero slope entrance for kids, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including: Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club, Cypress Knoll Golf Club, Matanzas Golf Club and Grand Haven Golf Club.
Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, heat. Hi Steve, I hope all is well. Our stay at Palm Coast with our Golden Retriever (Emma) was fabulous. From having a secluded beach, to travel to Daytona and St. Augustine, we had a remarkable week. Almost unbelievably on Thursday of our stay Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, and Charles Barkley surprised us by showing up to play golf. We enjoy traveling with our pet Emma. Your condo was perfect for her with long walks on the beach and retrieving tennis balls in the surf. Oh, and yes we do plan on returning and are very interested in your Venice Beach location. Hi Steve - We thought the Ocean Hammock condo was exceptionally roomy, made more so by the cathedral ceilings. It was furnished very well and came fully equipped. The resort was first class. We took advantage of the pool, the workout facilities, and the golf course. Your guests will be impressed by all three. We were also impressed by the area in general. We found very nice sea food restaurants without the crowds. In fact one of the pleasant surprises was the lack of hordes of people like you see in the gulf area. ATTRACTIONS
Cinnamon Beach and the Palm Coast offers something for everyone. Oceanfront golfing, shopping in America's oldest city of St Augustine, special events like the Daytona 500, the attractions of Orlando and viewing a Space Shuttle Launch at the Kennedy Space Center.
There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Historic and charming St. Augustine is only twenty minutes away, and boasts great historic sites, charming shops, art galleries, and great places to eat.
Water sports abound in the area, including surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, water skiing, boating, kayaking, fresh water fishing, surf fishing, and deep sea fishing. Lots of folks just like to go down to the beach, relax and listen to the waves. Just a few minutes north, drive on to the beach and go for miles.
There are nearby state parks to bike or walk in, with fishing, an ornamental garden, nature walks, and even the ruins of an old plantation.

The Ocean Hammock resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an ocean-front pool, a second large pool for families, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, several restaurants and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. It is one of the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts eight holes overlooking the Atlantic.
It is Florida’s first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a pleasure for players of all levels.
The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake.
The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.
