The corner of the L-shaped sectional sofa and the rocking chair will both get claimed quickly. Maintaining a beach aesthetic, treasure chest coffee and side tables complement lighthouse accent beaches.

The dining room’s glass-topped table makes best use of the space and bamboo furniture perfectly suits your warm weather life. Throughout, seashells and sea-life accessories remind of your enviable location. A bright, white kitchen is clean and modern. The large double sink very convenient for a group of eight. Shiny, new appliances available to you include a full stove top and oven, microwave and coffee maker.

In the comfortable master bedroom, enjoy a queen sized bed and the added convenience of a small desk (perfect for checking email on the included high-speed wireless Internet!). Adjust the vertical blinds on the double aspect windows to control when you wake up each morning - will you rise with the sun and hit the beach with your pet, or sleep in late and wake only when a loved one brings you fresh coffee?

A white, blue and cream second guest bedroom shows off dolphins on the bedspread. If you’re lucky, you’ll see the real thing playing in the waves nearby. Windows span the full width of the room behind the bed. It’s very bright and airy.

You’re invited to bring your pets on vacation to Albee Sunrise and we’d love to suggest nearby dog beaches to enjoy together. Brohard Paw Park is a terrific favorite with locals and tourists alike.

The white sand of Nokomis Beach, just a few minutes’ walk away, suits any beach activity or water sport you like. There are fourteen miles of perfect shore and the gulf water is warm and inviting year-round. You can enjoy this beach without ever worrying about hard-to-find parking. The beach has lifeguards for added peace of mind.

For a perfect souvenir, be sure to look for sharks teeth while at Nokomis Beach. Venice is known as the "Shark's Tooth Capital of The World" and lucky visitors are rewarded - sharp eyes will find sharp teeth.

Dear Steve, We found your beach cottage just delightful. It was bright, cheerful , comfortable,and convenient to the beach and the restaurants, just like you said. Having the washer and dryer was great, even tho we hardly used it, but it is a plus. Also, the clothes basket was convenient to use. Thanks for that. We really loved it there and enjoyed ourselves.
