Pricing for the 2006-2007 Rental Season:
June 1-Sept 30, 2006: $1,250/week or $3,900/mo.
Oct 1-Dec 15, 2006 and
April 1-May 30, 2007: $1,470/week or $4,800/mo.
Dec 15, 2006-Mar 31, 2007: $1,800/week or $6,000/mo.
Please note that all prices include sales tax, tourist tax, use of the facilities and departure cleaning, but are exclusive of the required security deposit of $250 (see Terms and Conditions). There are no additional charges for pool heat, use of the computer or exercise equipment. There is an additional pet fee of $50/week to a maximum of $150 and an additional security deposit of $150 for authorized pets. Discounts may be available to multiple month renters.
