Deposit Terms: Hello, It would be a pleasure to have you at my newly renovated luxury 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom, loft-like condo directly facing and on the beach. From the minute you walk into the condo, you will be overlooking the beach lined with palm trees from a wall of glass windows from every room and patio. Please look at my website: WWW.JNGProperties.net. You will be able to click on recent pictures, further descriptions, prices and a guest agreement. . The Carlisle on The Ocean is at 92nd St. and Collins Avenue in Surfside, Miami Beach. The bedrooms have recently been renovated with a new king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a very comfortable queen-sized bed in the 2nd ocean-view bedroom. There is a whirlpool bath/shower combination in the master bedroom and and walk in glass-enclosed stone shower in the second bathroom. The living room also has a full sized sofa bed. It is easily accessible since it is on the second floor with valet parking and a heated pool between you and the ocean. Other features include: a washer/dryer in the walk-in master closet, 42” plasma TVs in each bedroom, wireless internet connection, fax machine, printers, Bose surround sound DVD and Stereo, natural stone floors. The kitchen is truly "state of the art" with Viking appliances, dishwasher, disposal, solid walnut cabinets and remarkable stone countertops. It is sumptuous yet casual and personally designed with fine Asian and contemporary original art and Indonesian furniture- truly a wonderful place to relax and get away from it all.
