Units range from one bedroom, to junior two bedroom, to larger two bedroom to two and three bedrooms with private balconies and patios, some with terraces ranging up to 1,500 square feet! Aside from the breathtaking ocean views and central location, other amenities include a heated pool, whirlpool spa and sundeck, fitness center, self covered parking, plus direct access to the exquisite expanse of beach at Ocean Beach Park. Featuring panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Beach Park, South Beach and the Miami skyline, Ocean Place is just moments from SoBe's hottest clubs, world-class cafés, designer boutiques, the Miami Beach Marina and countless water sports. Beach rentals for the public are available on the beach in front of the Marriott Hotel next door.

All Ocean Place suites feature modern designer decor, stone floorings, private terraces or patios, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, stainless steel kitchens featuring Poggen Pohl cabinets and granite countertops, all marble baths with whirlpool spas and walk-in showers, surround entertainment systems, cordless private number telephones w/voicemail, covered and secure self parking, heated spa pool, Jacuzzi and sundeck, Ocean Drive level fitness center and security desk. Maid services are available a la carte.

Pet Deposit:	$500
Deposit Terms:	1, 2 and 3/br oceanview suites plus 1, 2 and 3/br oceanview penthouses from $1400-$7000/week. Please call for special monthly, extended stay and group booking rates. A seven night minimum lease is required. A reservation deposit of 50% will be taken and the balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms:	This reservation is cancellable up to 60 days prior to arrival with a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellation inside of the 60-day period will result in the forfeiture of all deposit monies. Additional fees, other than shown on the reservation request, may apply.
Tax & Fee Terms:	Add 14% resort tax, $125 departure cleaning, and $125 condo association registration fee.
