Queen-sized bed in master bedroom and full sized pullout sofa bed in second bedroom, luxurious linens, towels, and blankets provided. Basic kitchen supplies provided. Large patio with barbecue grill overlooking beach and pool. Steps to pool and convenient, private gated parking space one floor below.

Activities and Attractions
 Minutes to Bal Harbor Mall and Bal Harbor Shul, Aventura mall and Hollywood beachfront restaurants, fishing boats, golf and water sports. Directly on beach walk to all oceanfront activities (water sports, kite-surfing, fishing, boating, golf, etc.). Bike and walking path for miles out front. Only 20 minutes to South Beach.

Over 4 guests, there is a $50 per person fee per night. Additional $80 cleaning fee for stays under one month.
