This vacation home is fully air-conditioned, and has a family room to relax in during the day or evening, cable TV and DVD system - so that you can watch your favorite movie. The lanai is the perfect place for a meal together, with table and chairs and lighting. The deck has comfortable furniture to relax on in the warm Florida sunshine. The gas heated private pool and spa (heating is optional) is the perfect place to relax and have some fun. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional alarms. The kitchen has been equipped with everything that you could need for a quick snack or a special family feast. Choose to enjoy your meal together in the breakfast nook with seating for 4, or at the formal dining area, with an elegant dining suite with seating for 6 guests.
There are 3 bedrooms all with their own tv. Bedroom one has a King size bed and private en suite master bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a full size double bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All bedrooms have ample hanging and drawer space.
There is a game room for your enjoyment woth a pool and fooseball table

Indian Creek has additional community attractions designed for families, which are all FREE for our guests use. Indian Creek has a putting green, tennis courts, soccer field, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee. Some of the best restaurants are just a mile away like Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell etc.

Why my place is great for a pet?
The homes location is the main feature.
It is located on Indian Creek estate which is one of the closest communities to the Theme Parks yet is very quiet with very little traffic and perfect for walking the dogs.
At the rear of the villa there is a large open space where dogs can get a run around

 Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, NASA Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens

Closest Disney park about 5 minutes away! Universal and Seaworld 15-20 minutes

Deposit Terms: Instead of charging a large security deposit we have a mandatory insurance policy for all guests to cover any damages at a cost of $49 (non refundable)per booking This covers accidental damage up to $3000. It does not include wilful damage, theft, pet damage, excessive trash removal or additional cleaning charges if the home is left in poor condition.

Cancellation Terms: The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to the day that the final payment is due. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, Villa4Less LLC will charge the following cancellation penalty. From initial date of booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date, Guest will be charged a $150 cancellation fee from their initial deposit. 50% REFUND OF FULL BALANCE FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 AND 31 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE. NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL * Villa4Less LLC regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges or rules above, whatever the circumstances. * Villa4Less LLC recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance either through their insurance broker or travel agent. Alternatively, the Guest may elect to purchase cancellation protection through Villa4Less LLC (only available at the time of initial booking). Please ask for details. Pet Terms: Pet owner terms and conditions You have requested to bring your pet into one of our vacation homes. This has been agreed by the management company and the owner of the home. In order to maintain the standard of the home and the consideration for future guests the following terms and conditions will apply. 1. The pet owner is fully responsible for the pet and it’s actions 2. No pet shall be left unattended unless in a proper enclosure and adequate water etc shall be supplied. 3. The pet owner understands that any pet causing a nuisance to anyone will be subject to eviction with no refund of payments for the unused portion of their stay 4. All pet ‘mess’ will be removed by the owner and disposed of in a proper fashion as it occurs and especially on vacating the premises. Any mess not removed will incur a $100 clean up fee. No pet mess to be left in garbage on day of departure 5. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds nor will the pet be allowed access to any of the homes bedrooms. 6. The pet owner will be solely responsible for any stains /damage or odours caused by the pet 7. The owner shall be solely responsible for excessive hair removal 8. The owner shall ensure that the pet is tic / flea and worm treated before arrival 9. No pets allowed in the swimming pool 10. The pet owner will ensure that the pet does not go on to neighbouring properties
