Charming PET FRIENDLY 3 bedroom/2 bath house with heated pool and fully fenced yard.
As pet lovers and owners we know how challenging and rewarding vacationing with pets and family can be. We have often found it difficult to find suitable accommodation that is both pet/family friendly and safe. We purchased this home with our pets and family in mind and as pet owners we feel that you too will benefit from the attributes of the home and the community.
The home is single story with easy access to the heated pool and yard area. The pool is fully screened with a safety gate so that pets and kids cannot wander out to the pool area. The yard is fully gated and fenced so pets can play and run with no fear they will wander on to the street.
The community of Crescent Lakes is also well suited to a pet/family friendly vacation. Located just 20 minutes from Disney it provides for any easy morning commute to the various theme parks. At the end of a busy day at the parks you can return to the quiet and tranquility of this suburban neighborhood. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no road traffic and is walking distance to numerous parks, playgrounds and lighted walking paths. You and your pets can take safe early morning/evening strolls.
The house has three bedrooms, 2 full baths, a private heated swimming pool and fully fenced yard. The deck includes a huge screened lanai and large open deck area to lounge around the crystal clear pool. A fully equipped kitchen including plates and utensils, small appliances (i.e. toaster, blender), fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. All linens and towels are provided. The family room includes a large screen TV with cable, high speed internet and DVD. The master bedroom has a large en suite with a glass sliding door that leads to the swimming pool. En suite bathroom includes a double sink vanity unit, huge spa tub and a separate shower and toilet. The second bath connects directly to the pool and has a combined shower bath. Access to the pool area is through the sliding glass doors from the family room, bath and master suite. Laundry room comprises of a washer and dryer with door leading to double garage.
All bedrooms have a TV/cable.
Free high speed wireless internet access is available throughout the home.
The front porch is fully screened and provides an excellent retreat for morning coffee or a quiet area to read a book.
